Q.
Where are the places training / seminar / workshops normally carried out?
A.
Normally carried out in Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, Penang, Alor Setar, Ipoh, Johor Bahru, Miri, Sibu, Sandakakn, Tawau, Melaka and Seremban. We do also hold in other places depending upon the response. Training is usually carried out in hotels and in other places which have a good learning environment.
Q.
What are the duration hours of training?
A.
Training is from 9.00am – 5.00pm daily. There will be 2 tea breaks and a lunch break. If it is half day training, then it will be from 9.00am – 1.00pm. There will be one tea break and a lunch. We would advise participants to be present at 8.30am for registration. May be light refreshment available during registration.
Q.
Are your training Programmes claimable under HRDF SBL Scheme?
A.
Yes, claimable. We advise you to double check with HRDF in advance. You need to submit your application to HRDF for approval in the relevant Form prior to your registration with us for the training
Q.
How many participants do we require for in-house training to be eligible for HRDF / PSMB claim?
A.
You need to enquire this requirement from Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB –HRDF) as they are the authority to provide the answer.
Q.
When should I register for the training?
A.
We advise you to register as early as possible so that we can organize everything properly and ready for training without last minute hitch.
Q.
How do I make payment for the training?
A.
We advise you to make payment in advance by sending us a cheque drawn under our Account Name: Worldwide Consultancy Services or bank the cheque into our Maybank Account Number: 5124 7311 2540. Payment by cash is also acceptable.
Q.
Do you postpone or relocate scheduled programmes? How do you notify me about any postponement of the course that I have already registered to attend on the scheduled dates?
A.
Yes, we are forced to postpone / relocate sometimes if there are not enough participants / venues not available or for other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you by email / fax or phone call or may be even by mail. We will provide you particulars pertaining to the change of date, venue, place and cancellation.
Q.
What is your policy on substitutions, cancellation, transfer and refund?
A.
Substitutions:Acceptable provided advance notice is given before the event by email / mail / or phone call. Cancellations: Registrations cancelled 7 days prior to the event are subject to RM 300 as service charges per participant. There will be no refunds for notice received less than 7 days prior to the event. A substitution may be made at any time at no extra cost. If there is a group of participants more than 3 and above, cancellations are not allowed and you may be allowed to transfer.
Q.
Do you provide early bird discount and group discount?
A.
Yes we give early bird discount. Group discount is applicable only when there are more than 3 participants.
