Mr. Manikumaran: Explore, expand and educate the community is Mani’s passion since he has started training 6 years ago. His vision is to transfer knowledge from his experience and learning to the business community to excel in their venture. And he loves helping people achieve the seemingly impossible with hard work to excel in their respective field. He believes there is nothing more wonderful in the world than helping and watching people achieve what they thought was probably impossible. His presentation normally includes practical tools and techniques which he uses himself in dealing successfully with the everyday challenges and his past experience of being self-employed.

Professionally he has more than 15 years of experience including supporting MNC status companies such as HP and Shell. Throughout this Mani has generously coached many students from local universities to be more effectively integrating interpersonal skills into their leadership repertoire. His technical and analytical skill allows him to empower the students to acquire smart skills beyond their basic degree. He has also helped many young entrepreneurs with his consulting and organisational diagnosis skills in identifying their critical issues and to achieve the ultimate change in value in their business.

Mani is an outstanding student from his early school days. He received his undergraduate degree in Information Technology from the National University of Malaysia. And, he added his technical skills in the number of certifications program as below:

Mani is a strategic thinker, and has identified many of the key challenges in the challenging business environment. He has vast experience and pioneered in planning, designing and organizing successful events. In 2006, he successfully organized a national level ICT fair which attracted more than 10,000 visitors and 91 vendors throughout the nation.
